Foster parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and other relatives have all opened their hearts to Arizona’s children in need, helping them find a place in the world that’s truly permanent. Let us help you over the finish line of your foster care journey.

You never pay out of pocket for our services if you qualify for Adoption Subsidy—we bill Adoption Subsidy directly and your certified copy of the order of adoption and first amended birth certificate are free—they’re on us!

Foster care adoptions, and adoptions in general, are a unique area of the law—this is not just everyday family or juvenile law. Competent representation in an adoption requires your attorney to have extensive experience and continuing legal education specific to adoptions. Our unparalleled experience translates into a faster and smoother adoption for you.

Arizona Foster Care Adoption Services

Anyone who wants to adopt a child from legal custody of the State will need an attorney to complete all the legal work of the adoption. We help finalize many of Pima County’s foster care adoption cases by offering the following services to soon-to-be parents:

  • Conduct initial meeting with the prospective parents
  • Provide education about adoption subsidies and tax credits
  • Complete legal paperwork that is filed with the court
  • Accompany parents to the finalization hearing and answer all of the judge’s questions
  • Complete all steps in order for the parents to receive the child’s new birth certificate
  • Secure payment for legal services from Adoption Subsidy so there are no out-of-pocket expenses for the adoptive family

Completing foster care adoptions and helping provide children with permanent homes is one of the most rewarding things we do as an adoption law firm. If you are considering adopting a child from foster care, we will assist you on your journey.
